Apple Vinaigrette


2 T extra virgin olive oil

1 T apple cider vinegar

1 T white wine vinegar

1 t. honey or maple

1 t. Dijon mustard

1 small clove garlic

¼ t. salt + a pinch of black pepper

¼ of an apple (skin on)

Combine all ingredients in your blender or food processor. Give it a whirl until vinaigrette is smooth and creamy. This keeps in your fridge for 3-5 days.
